Due to the impacts of COVID-19,  I will be hand packing orders from my home studio with extra love, I do ask for your patience and understanding as responding to customer service emails and deliveries may take longer than usual.   • We offer FREE shipping on all UK orders 
    • All non-custom orders usually ship within 1 business day—YAY! Orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship out Monday. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.
    • Pre orders usually ship within 2-4 weeks—they’re so worth the wait. Please allow 3-5 business days after shipping for delivery!


  • International Orders: The Details
    • International shipping time is determined at checkout. We provide low cost, reliable shipping via Royal Mail.
    • All non-custom orders usually ship within 1 business day—WOO! Orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship out Monday. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery
    • Pre orders usually ship within 2-4 weeks, so please be patient angels. Allow 7-10 business days after shipping for delivery!
    • Please note that international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are determined by your local customs authorities! Please check their website for more info.


For all pre-orders, please note that the 'dispatch by' date is a guide only and items can be shipped before or after this date.



Please allow up to 14 business days from the time you mail the return for our team to receive it and process the request.
Refunds, exchanges or store credit for returns will be provided once the item has been received and inspected by our team.
For customers requesting store credit for returns, it will be issued via email.
For all accessory returns, items must be unworn, unscratched, unscuffed, and otherwise undamaged. 
ByCeceLux is not accountable for items that are lost or damaged in the mail.
Any return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Upgraded shipping on orders is non-refundable.
Refunds will not be applicable on sale or discounted items, store credit is applicable in this circumstance.

All items purchased in the sale department or purchased using a discount code or influencer code are ineligible for a refund and e-gift card or store credit will be issued once your item has been processed at our warehouse.

To begin a return for refund or store credit please email 
with your order number, postal code and request.


Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email and/or text notification that we have received your return and your refund has been processed. Credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment usually within 3-5 working days. It can take up to 14 days to process your full refund depending on your bank.


Subject to the information you provide on the form included in your order, once your order has been returned, your exchange will be sent out and you will be given the tracking information using the same contact details from the original order.


We do not offer refunds on sale items. 


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your order. Refunds are for the returned item only. Outgoing shipping costs are non-refundable unless we are at fault, for example, if we've sent you an incorrect or damaged item. Please send all returns by a reliable trackable service as we are not responsible for items that are lost in transit.

Exchanges must be made within 1 week of receiving your item, unless it is covered in our lifetime warranty, if you are unsure whether your item is covered within this warranty or not, please email and one of our team can assist.

Eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of the product being inspected and approved at our warehouse. In the event the payment method and/or card used to place the order is no longer active or available, we will provide a credit code for the value paid. We are not able to provide refunds to any other account, other than the original one used to place the order.

Exchanges and warranty replacements will be issued using standard shipping services. Options for paid upgraded express return service, will not be eligible on requests using our online portal.
