Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing Time: Order verification, order creation from scratch, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent out within 5-13 business days after the order is placed.
- Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. We use Express Royal Mail Shipping. International delivery usually takes about 10-15 business days. Uk delivery usually takes about 2-4 business days.
- Priority Processing Orders: All orders opted in for "Priority Processing" are prioritized first in terms of processing, fulfilling & shipping. Such orders will be our first priority.
- NOTE: We would also like to mention that due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, we have been having scenarios where our factory has delayed producing raw materials. Additionally, often times we receive an overwhelming volume of orders which may result in low stock. Nonetheless, we ensure our warehouse is restocked as soon as possible and we appreciate your patience immensely during this time.
Royal Mail are experiencing some delays due to the current situation. Once you've received your shipment email, your order is with Royal Mail, and we no longer have control over how long they take to deliver. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused, but unfortunately the situation is out of our hands.
We shall attempt to deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery, or if none, to the credit card address you supply. You are responsible for making arrangements to receive the goods and if the goods are held at the post office because no one was available when the goods were delivered then it is your responsibility to collect the goods. It is important that the addresses supplied by you to us are accurate. If items are sent back to our UK warehouse because of an incorrect address, the shipping costs incurred for the item to be re-sent out to the correct address are to be paid by the buyer.
We are not responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier, such as delayed items or lost packages.
We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to acts of God that are out of our control, such as epic snowstorms, natural disasters, or any other extraordinary circumstance that causes unforeseen interference with carrier routes.
If an exchange is desired, all shipping costs incurred are to be paid by the buyer. Please see our refund and exchange policy for more information.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES
International customers (outside UK) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees outlined by local Customs authority. All international packages are shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning these fees are not included in the price of goods purchased from our website. It is your responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive the parcel. We are unable to advise the amounts of what these fees might be, if applicable at all. Please contact your country's custom office for estimated charges and rates on packages coming from overseas.
