Signed For: Please note, for ‘signed for’ deliveries, someone must be present at your chosen shipping address to receive the parcel. If you are not present when your parcel is delivered, the courier will leave a calling card, and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.
International Postal Terms: Bycecelux cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, missing or delayed post overseas. We use Royal Mail as our chosen courier, and, although 99% of overseas packages arrive on time, once Royal Mail handover parcels to the courier in recipients’ countries, we no longer have control, or responsibility, over that parcel’s delivery. Customers are responsible for any additional fees or taxes when sending overseas.
UK addresses: Bycecelux cannot be held responsible for deliveries whereby a PO Box, or forwarding address, is supplied by a customer with their order. Bycecelux cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses input by customers. Bycecelux is responsible for delivering your package to the correct building in the address given at checkout but are not responsible for the security of said package thereafter. Providing the item has been delivered to the correct GPS location of the building in the address, Bycecelux have fulfilled their duty to deliver the package.
PROCESSING TIMEFRAME AIMS
For all orders, we give a 5-15 business day dispatch timeframe as all orders are hand made to order specially upon purchase. Please note that the 'dispatch by' aim is a guide only and items can be shipped before or after this date.
Royal Mail are experiencing some delays due to the current situation. Once you've received your shipment email, your order is with Royal Mail, and we no longer have control over how long they take to deliver. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused, but unfortunately the situation is out of our hands.
We shall attempt to deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery, or if none, to the credit card address you supply. You are responsible for making arrangements to receive the goods and if the goods are held at the post office because no one was available when the goods were delivered then it is your responsibility to collect the goods. It is important that the addresses supplied by you to us are accurate. If items are sent back to our UK warehouse because of an incorrect address, the shipping costs incurred for the item to be re-sent out to the correct address are to be paid by the buyer.
We are not responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier, such as delayed items or lost packages.
We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to acts of God that are out of our control, such as epic snowstorms, natural disasters, or any other extraordinary circumstance that causes unforeseen interference with carrier routes.
If an exchange is desired, all shipping costs incurred are to be paid by the buyer. Please see our refund and exchange policy for more information.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES
International customers (outside UK) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees outlined by local Customs authority. All international packages are shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning these fees are not included in the price of goods purchased from our website. It is your responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive the parcel. We are unable to advise the amounts of what these fees might be, if applicable at all. Please contact your country's custom office for estimated charges and rates on packages coming from overseas.
