SHIPPING INFORMATION

We hope you love your BYCECELUX delivery - that's why we've made shipping as easy as possible. All of our shipping is tracked - you will receive confirmation of your tracking number once your order has been packed.

DISPATCH TIMEFRAME AIMS

For all orders, we give a 5-15 business day dispatch timeframe as all orders are hand made to order specially upon purchase. Please note that the 'dispatch by' aim is a guide only and items can be shipped before or after this date.

UK orders are sent via Tracked 48 Royal Mail for £3.60. This service is FREE for orders over £40.00. 

We send all International orders using the safest way possible - Tracked International Royal Mail. We offer this for £9.99. 

 All other services are operational at this stage, subject to delays. As air freight is used to deliver your packages worldwide, the reduction of passenger flights due to health and safety mean that your package may be delayed due to stringent customs & disrupted postal networks around the world. 

COVID / INTERNATIONAL DELIVERYS 

Whilst we are processing mail as normal in the UK, it can be delayed once it enters customs / country borders.

Please note: Unfortunately, we have no control over shipment once a package departs the studio. If there are any issues with delivery for reasons out of our control (address provided to us is not accurate, issues within the shipping company, etc.) we are not responsible for shipping delays.

We are not responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier, such as delayed items or lost packages.

We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to acts of God that are out of our control, such as epic snowstorms, natural disasters, or any other extraordinary circumstance that causes unforeseen interference with carrier routes.

If an exchange is desired, all shipping costs incurred are to be paid by the buyer. Please see our refund and exchange policy for more information.

  

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES

International customers (outside UK) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees outlined by local Customs authority. All international packages are shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning these fees are not included in the price of goods purchased from our website. It is your responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive the parcel. We are unable to advise the amounts of what these fees might be, if applicable at all. Please contact your country's custom office for estimated charges and rates on packages coming from overseas.
