    Return, Refunds & Restrictions

    1. General

    We at BYCECELUX are committed to providing you high-quality products. We hope that you are satisfied with the products you recieve. We realize that you may want to return a product you have purchased.

    However, due to the nature of our products and according to the applicable law, all made-to-order items are final. It is unfortunately not possible to return delivered or opened products purchased that are made to order for yourself and on sale. Only if the product arrives broken or wrong, we may accept a replacement free of charge or a refund.

    Sometimes packages will not arrive at their final destination due to either the mail carrier or any other reasons beyond our control. We apply our best efforts to offer you the best solution. We also ask you to inform, and if necessary, file a compliant at your national mail carrier in order to resolve the issue of a lost or delayed package. When it is confirmed that a package is lost outside of our control, we may offer a replacement product.

    The following Return & Refund Procedure shall apply. Please only return an item after having received customer service approval. You may not be eligible for a return and refund, and you are solely responsible for all costs involved.

    Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

    • Sale items are final, but don’t worry—they can be exchanged for store credit
    • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, other than store credit.
    • Bundle items cannot be returned or exchanged, other than store credit.
    • Custom items are made just for you, so we can’t return or exchange them. We hope you understand!
    • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
    • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

    Damages and issues 
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items 
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like earrings for hygiene reasons, custom products (such as special orders, made to order items or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

    Order Cancellations:

    For all custom orders: such as personalised, custom made or any alterations added for your own request, cancellations must be made within 24 HOURS of placing your order.  If you placed a custom order over the weekend, the cancellation request must be made on the following Monday.

    For non-custom orders, no cancellations are allowed (we begin creating as quick as possible to ensure you get your item as quick as possible) —we are happy to help with an exchange or return once you receive your order!
