If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will happily offer you a refund on your purchase. This excludes earrings, as we can not accept a return for hygiene reasons. So please choose carefully.
Items must be returned in unworn condition, in their original packaging as sent out. Necklaces that are sent out must be returned with the necklace card un-opened. Returns received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process (make sure you get a tracking number) will not be accepted and responsibility will be held by the customer. Once the returned products have arrived at our studio, we will inspect them and process the refund to you within 48 hours.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Sale items are final, but don’t worry—they can be exchanged for store credit
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, other than store credit.
- Bundle items cannot be returned or exchanged, other than store credit.
- Custom items are made just for you, so we can’t return or exchange them. We hope you understand!
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
If you need to exchange your purchase for another size or item please state your request on the exchange/returns form. Once we receive please allow upto 5* business days for your order to be processed and a further 2 - 3 business days for delivery.
Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges for any exchanges but we send out the replacement item, free of charge.
If you require your item urgently we recommend repurchasing to avoid missing out on stock, and so you receive your item sooner.
We cannot process nor deliver orders on public holidays. In these instances, please anticipate that your order will be processed within the next business day.
Personalised jewellery can be canceled ONLY within 48 hours of placing the order, because they are each handmade and individually personalised! If you placed a custom order over the weekend, the cancellation request must be made on the following Monday.
For non-custom orders, no cancellations are allowed (we begin creating as quick as possible to ensure you get your item as quick as possible) —we are happy to help with an exchange or return once you receive your order!
WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?
For orders delivered, we will accept returns and exchanges for change of mind on products purchased online within 30 days from date of receipt or at any time if products are faulty.

WHO PAYS FOR SHIPPING RETURNS?

Purchaser pays the cost of return charges to BYCECELUX, however BYCECELUX will pay for postage on any exchange postage back to the customer.
Customers will initially be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any faulty products, however this amount will be refunded to your account once the product has been received and assessed. Please ensure you provide a delivery receipt with any charges to ensure your refund can be processed.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET A REFUND?
Once your items have been received by BYCECELUX please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your account. The retrieval of your refund will depend on the period of time your financial institution takes to process the refund.
