Returns & Exchanges


If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will happily offer you a refund on your purchase. This excludes earrings, as we can not accept a return for hygiene reasons. So please choose carefully. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (confirmation email or paypal receipt). 

Returns received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process (make sure you get a tracking number) will not be accepted and responsibility will be held by the customer. Once the returned products have arrived at our studio, we will inspect them and process the refund to you within 48 hours. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Sale items are final, but don’t worry—they can be exchanged for store credit
  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, other than store credit.
  • Bundle items cannot be returned or exchanged, other than store credit.
  • Custom items are made just for you, so we can’t return or exchange them. We hope you understand!
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use


If you need to exchange your purchase for another size or length to make your item perfect for you, please contact us at info@bycecelux.com. We will provide our return address and once we receive please allow upto 5* business days for your order to be processed and a further 2 - 3 business days for UK delivery and 7-12 business days for International delivery. 

Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges for any exchanges but we send out the replacement item, free of charge. 

The fastest way to exchange an item is to repurchase the correct item you need, this way you can avoid missing out on stock and receive your correct item much sooner.

We cannot process nor deliver orders on public holidays. In these instances, please anticipate that your order will be processed within the next business day


Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like earrings for hygiene reasons, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.



For all custom orders: such as personalised, custom made or any alterations added for your own request, cancellations must be made within 24 HOURS of placing your order.  If you placed a custom order over the weekend, the cancellation request must be made on the following Monday.

For non-custom orders, no cancellations are allowed (we begin creating as quick as possible to ensure you get your item as quick as possible) —we are happy to help with an exchange or return once you receive your order!



For orders delivered, we will accept returns and exchanges for change of mind on products purchased online within 30 days from date of receipt or at any time if products are faulty. Expectation on sale items, as all sale items are final.

Change of Mind Returns/Exchanges :

Purchaser pays the cost of return charges to BYCECELUX, however BYCECELUX will pay for postage on any exchange postage back to the customer. 

Faulty Product:

Customers will initially be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any faulty products, however this amount will be refunded to your account once the product has been received and assessed. Please ensure you provide a delivery receipt with any charges to ensure your refund can be processed. 



We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. 
Once your items have been received by BYCECELUX please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your account.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
