ORDER CONFIRMATION 

Q. I have placed my order but I haven't received a confirmation email yet? 

A. We always send a confirmation immediately to the email address you entered at checkout, please check your junk / spam folder first to double check it has not automatically been filtered. If you still can't find your confirmation email, email us at bycecelux@gmail.com - Please use the email title : CONFIRMATION EMAIL and one our trusted team members will double check your email information is correct and ensure you receive your confirmation email. 

 

MY ORDER

Q. Where is my order? I expected it by now.. 

A. Please double check your confirmation email from us to double check your dispatch time frame (it can vary on individual products). 

If it has gone past the timeframe given, please contact us at bycecelux@gmail.com using email title: ORDER STATUS CHECK and one of our trusted team members can you give you an update.

Please note: If it has not gone past the given timeframe in your confirmation email, please be patient before emailing as some items are hand made to order.

Processing

 

Your order has been handed over to our operations team to fulfil. If all items in your order are in-stock, typical processing time is 2-3 business days! For zodiac orders, expect 5-13 business days processing time.

Shipped

 

Yay! Your order has been packed and it's on the way to you. Kindly note that the tracking may take some time to be scanned into the courier's system to reflect any activity or movement.

Partial

 

Oh, looks like your order has a backorder or made-to-order piece! To ensure you can get started on enjoying your Bycecelux piece as early as possible, we've shipped the available pieces first (applies for UK only)

 

Q. Can I cancel my order?

A.  Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel your order upon request.

For all custom orders: such as personalised, custom made or any alterations added for your own request, cancellations must be made within 24 HOURS of placing your order.  If you placed a custom order over the weekend, the cancellation request must be made on the following Monday.

For non-custom orders, no cancellations are allowed (we begin creating as quick as possible to ensure you get your item as quick as possible) —we are happy to help with an exchange or return once you receive your order!

 

Q. How do I track my order?

A.  Already have an account? First, log into your Bycecelux account at any time and select "My Orders" to review your order status. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.

Don't have an account?
No worries! You can still create an account now using the same email address used to place the order and it will appear under "My Orders".

Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed! Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system, the tracking number can be used to see the information about your order. This may take a couple hours and if the order was packed on the weekend, it will be updated next available business day!

 

Q.What is the process of returning / exchanging an item?

For orders delivered, we will accept returns and exchanges for change of mind on products purchased online within 30 days from date of receipt or at any time if products are faulty. Expectation on sale items, as all sale items are final. 

Please contact info@bycecelux.com where you will be advised of the return process. 

 

Q. Who pays for shipping returns?

Change of Mind Returns/Exchanges :

Purchaser pays the cost of return charges to BYCECELUX, however BYCECELUX will pay for postage on any exchange postage back to the customer. 

Faulty Product:

Customers will initially be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any faulty products, however this amount will be refunded to your account once the product has been received and assessed. Please ensure you provide a delivery receipt with any charges to ensure your refund can be processed.

 

 Q. How much is the return shipping fee?

    Please note your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. Orders outside of Australia, Canada, UK, and US may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.
